About Hidbrain

High Intelligence Digital Brain

Hidbrain was founded in 2019 on a simple conviction: mid-market finance and procurement teams deserve the same quality of automation, intelligence, and ERP discipline as the largest enterprises — without the enterprise price tag or the army of consultants.

The name says it all. We build high-intelligence systems — SaaS products and ERP services — that give finance teams the analytical power and process control of a much larger organisation.

Our story

Built by finance and procurement people, for finance and procurement people

Anastasios and Kyriaki each spent the better part of three decades inside large organisations — Vodafone, Xerox, Sage, AllPoints Fibre, Zapgo — watching the same problems repeat themselves. Finance teams drowning in spreadsheets. Procurement buried in email chains. ERP systems that were technically live but never truly embedded. Contracts renewing silently because nobody had time to track them.

Between them they had managed hundreds of millions in supplier spend, led ERP implementations across Europe, trained over 1,500 professionals, and delivered measurable savings at every organisation they worked for. But the tools available to mid-market businesses were always a pale shadow of what the large enterprises had.

Hidbrain was the answer. A company that could deliver enterprise-grade ERP services — Sage X3 implementations, integrations, hosting, support — and build its own SaaS products to automate the processes that were still being done manually: contract management with Timemy, AP automation with APHubNet, and invoice-level carbon accounting with SpendToScope.

Five years in, that vision is live, deployed, and growing.

Anastasios brings over 25 years of experience spanning financial leadership and enterprise ERP consultancy. His career began at Vodafone and Athens International Airport before moving into senior finance roles at Xerox — where he led FP&A, managed US GAAP and IFRS reporting, and oversaw the transition to SAP — and then as Branch CFO at Miss Sixty. That breadth of real finance experience led him to ERP consulting, first at SingularLogic implementing Microsoft NAV and Oracle BI, then at Sage as a Certified Principal Consultant delivering Sage X3 implementations across the UK. He has trained over 1,500 professionals and delivered hundreds of thousands of pounds in process savings across finance, procurement, AP, AR and manufacturing.

LinkedIn profile

Kyriaki is a strategic procurement leader with nearly 30 years of experience built across some of Europe's most demanding commercial environments. Her career at Vodafone spanned 13 years — from contract coordinator in Athens to Supply Chain Manager in Newbury, where she managed a £100M+ annual spend portfolio and delivered savings exceeding £10M per year, earning the Vodafone Group Finance Award for Best Cost Efficiency in 2017. She went on to lead IT and software category procurement at Cornerstone, commercial services at AllPoints Fibre (where she drove £750K in savings during a complex group merger), and built Zapgo's entire procurement function from scratch, delivering £1.2M in savings as the company scaled its EV charging network. Her role at Hidbrain shaped the procurement and contract management workflows at the heart of Timemy.

What we stand for

How we work

Enterprise experience, mid-market focus

Our people built careers at Vodafone, Xerox, Sage and leading UK businesses. We bring that rigour to businesses that cannot afford an army of consultants.

Finance-first thinking

Every product and implementation starts with how finance teams actually work — the month-end close, the audit trail, the ERP data integrity. We never lose sight of that.

We build what we use

Timemy, APHubNet and SpendToScope were shaped by real procurement and finance problems our team has lived. We know the pain because we have felt it.

UK-based, long-term partners

We are a UK registered company based in Berkshire. We work with clients on a long-term basis — not a one-and-done implementation and disappear.
